THE LOOK FOR LESS
FASHIONABLE DOESN’T NECESSARILY MEAN EXPENSIVE.. You can get the same look of your favorite celebrity for a few dollars cheapers.. It’s all about shopping smart ladies. For example, the very popular Christian Louboutin average cost $1000.00 and up. You can get that same platform pump look, by choosing a Steve Madden pump which the average cost for them $110.00. Another popular designer is Michael Kors, his handbags average cost is $300 and up. There are a lot of affordable brands that you can choose that will give you that same look, with just as good of a quality. Some great affordable designer brands is Jessica Simpson, Steve Madden, Nicole Miller, Michele Bohbot and more. You can find these brands at department store, Bakers, Tj Max, Marshall’s and more. Just get out there ladies and shop!!!!

Knockoffs are usually poor quality, and a rip off because they are still pricey as an alternative choose a more affordable designer brand.
Wearing A Romper to Perfection
When I chose this romper I kept all the tips from the previous blog about rompers in mind. This romper has a orange, purple, green, and black pattern.. It has a loose fit with a cinch high waistline. I paired it with an orange snake-skinned pattern clutch. For accessories, i choose black and silver to match my glamorous sandals. This look was for an outdoor festival but can be worn almost anywhere this 2012 Spring/Summer season.
Perfecting Your Romper Look
Be fashionably playful with a cute romper.The romper comes in many different styles. Choose a romper with a cinch waistline to enhance your natural curves. Be sure when picking a romper it covers your (buttocks), keep it appropriate ladies. The prints should stay at a minimum, and very understated. Limit your accessories, by wearing one bold piece. If you would like to dress up your romper, pair it with a wedge heel or even a pump.
Note: It is very important that you know your body type when choosing a romper. A romper should not ride up when wearing it or be so tight that it looks like spandex. My favorite romper style is a loose fitting romper with a cinch waistline so that I can pair it with a fashionable belt. Multi Color Stripe Dress
This client wanted a classy yet fun colorful look. This dress is a striking dark night multi stripe dress with a sweeping batwing sleeve to add drama to the left side. it also has a boat neckline with a deep v back. We went with a neutral pump with a matching clutch since the dress had multiple colors. This dress was seen in Vogue, May 2012. Don’t be afraid of colors, you just might be surprised.

MAKE A BOLD STATEMENT
Want to make a fashion statement? The answer is COLOR! For this client, I chose a key-hole neck, belted waist color block dress. This particular look could be worn for almost any occasion. For accessories, a simple gold watch and a red-orange and gold cuff bracelet with a pair of chandelier earring so the dress can stand on it own. It is paired with the fabulous Steve Madden peep-toe high heel. Styled by yours truly, Enjoy.

HOW TO WEAR STRIPES
I am a prisoner of fashion. The traditional black and white stripe will never go out of style. When choosing to wear stripes the trick is to accessorize to break up the stripes. This will give you a more fashionable and stylish look.
I wanted a very glamorous look with my stripe dress. The shape of this dress was very loose and box-like. I chose to wear it with a gold belt to give it some shape. I wore bracelets on both wrists for a very diva look with diamond shaped earrings to match. Of course, I completed the look with the three- bowed high heels.
HOW TO DRESS UP A BERMUDA SHORT
If you’re tired of wearing dress slacks, I have an alternative that just might work!
To dress up a Bermuda short, pair them with a pair of pumps, a button down shirt and a fitted blazer. Choose a short with a dressy fabric with a silk and linen blend or cotton with a sheen. Stay away from any prints, chose either a pin stripe short or just go plain. Remember it’s spring/summer season trade your dress slacks in for a dressy Bermuda short!!! ENJOY LADIES
TRENDY OFFICE LOOK
Getting dressed for the office doesn’t mean leaving your personal style at home. In this photo, I chose a black sweater with the ruffled shoulders. For the bottom, a very stylist royal blue and black skirt and a very trendy black leather bow belt to add a little fun. And of course for the shoes my favorite black suede pumps you can never go wrong with.
Remember ladies when dressing for the office, you can have a fun accessory to add a little style to you attire. But don’t over do it, you don’t want to look distracting, you want to look fashionable yet still professional. HAVE FUN LADIES!!!
NIGHTLIFE WITH A TOUCH OF CLASS
This fitted dress has a bright white cotton top with a trendy pleated bottom. When wearing a grand piece like my necklace, allow it to stand on its own, LESS IS MORE. I chose a matching ring and a gold clutch to compliment my necklace. For shoes, I went with a neutral pastel pink open-toe heel to complete this classy look.
